I can't think of a blessing, More special than this.
Deep breath in, And I'm submerged in bliss.
...
The most beautiful name, It's on my tongue.
Begging God to bless him, What a lovely thing to be sung.
...
I swear I could do this, for hours on end.
And why not?
...
Since he tells me he loves me, With each ṣalāh I send.
[Chorus]
He is the most perfect creation,
A blessed guide for every nation.
Through his character, we know the way,
To send blessings we always say:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى
آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَمَنْ وَالَاه
Please bless and praise him Yā Raḥīm,
Muḥammad, and those that follow his deen.
So how do we now, praise this man?
We send ṣalāh, and give him salām.
When we do it once, it counts as ten,
It raises our rank, and removes our sins.
In the morning and evening, we do it all day,
Out of love and yearning to follow his way.
It’s so important, we’ve been commanded to say,
Ṣalāh on The Prophet every time we pray.

He is the most perfect creation,
A blessed guide for every nation.
Through his character, we know the way,
To send blessings we always say:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى
آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَمَنْ وَالَاه
Please bless and praise him Yā Raḥīm,
Muḥammad, and those that follow his deen.
But ṣalāh and salām, what do they mean?
We ask God to bless him, and keep him pristine,
With Mercy, and Love, and everything more,
Raising him high, far above The Throne.
To honor and grace His shining light,
To help and protect, with God’s Might.
But from us, it is that we ask and pray,
“Intercede for us, on Judgement day!”
Our Lord please give him, Maqām Maḥmūd,
The station of praise, and all things good.
With love and joy, that we meet him one day,
To drink from his hands, and remove our dismay.
Our Wasīlah to God, our only way.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى
آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَمَنْ وَالَاه

Muḥammad, and those that follow his deen.

From now until the end of time,
Praise him and raise him, You are Divine.
With blessings and honor that never end,
So his status is known: to always ascend.

آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَمَنْ وَالَاه
Please bless and praise him Yā Raḥīm,
Muḥammad, and those that follow his deen.
Let it be known, that Muḥammad is he,
The one You chose, for humanity.
Keep him safe and sound, our Lord up high,
Fill out hearts with love and glorify,
Your Beloved, the one...
You sent as mercy to all of creation...
